This isn't the first report about the Raffle bug,all players have the same problem.
Unfortunately I don't think the bug will be fixed very soon since the game was abandoned.

Same thing happened to me. Is this game really dead? There is this advent event going on, so i guess some people are managing the game & forum.  But I remember playing it as a kid in 2011 maybe? and there were levels of the ponies, it doesn't exist anymore i think :(

Whaaat? I get like 3 or 4 small chests daily (I signed in around the 10th of advent) so i'm getting like 9 traits every day ;-; You're saying that it stays whole year?

It was there all year, that's correct. And it won't be removed, 'cause this would mean "work on Poneyvallée". Play the games, you'll gather all sorts of traits ever made up then, time by time. :)

PV is abandoned, let's all face it. But it's still there, people can access and play it as long as Flash works (which might be another 2-4 years).
