The Bug is it constant or random? constant

What were you doing at the same time on the game? logging on

Please detail by writing a small text your problem: when I come back to the game after playing and completing quests a few hours later or the net day all my data is gone and I have to start over at the very first quest and rebuild my farm and barn and start all over again
