But how many of the 4 elements and love do you have to have before we can get Celestial and Pegasus?

you can only get celesials and pegasi from the oracle booth ( purple tent in the village)

wich in short means you can have ZERO ponies of each main race in order to get a celestial/peg(i'd recomend you to go for a celestial female, so it's easier to get pegasi and more celestials)

no. sadly. in V1, a celestial/pegasus could breed with a normal pony IF they were married with a 1% chance to get a celestial/pegasus when breeding.
in V2 this is no longer possible to breed normal race + special race.
when i try to marry one of my special race ponys with a normal race pony, it says:

Breed impossible between these 2 races

even if the pegasus/celestial is female.

HOWEVER, pegasus can breed with celestial and vice-versa.

Hey! I have a question. Today I'm going to buy a Celestial or a Pegasus poney. If I breed a celestial with a pegasus, I have less chances to get a Celestial, is that right? So buying a celestial is more convenient than a pegasus.

yes, that's right.
i think there is a 5~10%(can't remember the right number) to get a celestial if you breed a pegasus with a celestial.
i had to breed my pegasi about 50 times to get my 1st celestial.

Thank you so much! I have already bought a celestial and managed myself into having lovely poneys! It's kinda hard getting answers here at the forum, though u.u
