So today the calender told me that I had received a christmas chest and a key to open it. I have checked my inventory and can only find the key. For some reason the chest is missing.

Yeah, we already noticed it and told an admin. Please have some patience, we hope that the bug will be taken care of on monday.

It's Monday, about 4:10 pm in France, and I still only have my Candy Cane key. I'm not being impatient, I'm just mentioning the lack of Christmas box as of the moment.

this bug occured last year too but it was eventually fixed

I think we mentioned it often enough that you have to be patient cause pv is running low on capacies. Please wait (we all have to wait, it won´t go faster if someone mentions it over and over again), trink some tea or whatever or play the nice christmas tree game. This one is fun and you can win traits for free. Catitiz_PDT_03

The christmas game is fun, sadly I can't seem to reach the big chest XD I can reach the small chests but can't get keys for those bluh XD not that I midn but when I get a chest that gives me to option to get a trait I want it's annoying, oh well maybe I can fork over some money instead :3

I can´t reach the golden keys too...or really really seldom... like once or twice since the start of the calender. So, you are not alone. Catitiz_PDT_19

But I love the little chests with 3 traits inside.. if you are lucky, you get a lots of traits you can´t inheir. Catitiz_PDT_18 or exclusive one, even better Catitiz_PDT_03

I got only 2 golden keys and I got 2 sets I already had. Catitiz_PDT_06 But I'm happy to get silver keys too,I get so many traits from the small chests. Catitiz_PDT_12

I love the small chests so much - I only play for them, I'm not even interested in the big ones. The small chests even carry contest price-foregrounds and such. Traits you'll never ever get somewhere else. :D

I'm almost worried they won't bother to fix it. I mean, think about it. The game isn't as popular as Feerik's other ones, they didn't bother to throw a new set into the calendar's mix this year, nor did they bother to change the picture for it. Additionally, I don't think there's been a new exclusive set in a while; they're obviously spending less of their energy on PV. It wouldn't surprise me if they didn't fix it.

The problem is that there's a big chest with a key still hidden in the calendar, another bug to come up. There'll be a great uproar in the community if this chest fails, too. And it will, bearing in mind that nothing has happend until now although the bug was reported several times... I'm sorry that we can't do more... lets hope they'll find a solution until the 24h. Lets hope they'll have the opportunity to think about a solution at all...

But they already know the solution. The exact same bug occured a year ago in this callendar. And they fixed it. So they already found the solution a year ago.
I just think they don't want to even spend 5 minutes to reapiring it or worse - the person who found the solution isn't in Feerik Team anymore...

No, that's not true... ^.^
We had very special Christmas traits in the chests last year and they missed to generate new ones this year. So although the reason of the bug is known, there's no solution as long as there aren't new chests which have to be programmed. The codes aren't in the database anymore and I'm not sure if they'll throw in the same traits we had last year.
The admin sent out a reminder for the programmer again... Lets see if anything happens till Christmas.

I have keys going back to birthday keys and no chests. Don't think any of these bugs have ever been fixed.

It will be interesting to see whether the boxes ever show up. I don't understand the point of putting it out there with known bugs and not fixing it...
