Several months back I started a project to breed ponies that could produce both misty and pure foals. I never expected it to take so long but yesterday I finally had my first success.

I also have this one from earlier but she was unintentional :)

I would love to see other ponies like these if anyone has them and wants to share :)

Congrats giz, I have been trying for pure but not tried for misty and pure, great idea, i will have to look through my herd to see if any qualify.

that's an interesting project. i'm willing to help here.

i've got a male celestial with 3 pure colors. i wonder if breeding him with a pony with a pure color and a gray color could result in this(all my misties so far were obtained by gray+normal color breeding) XD if anyone wants to give it a try, LordPureTrio has indigo coat, cyan mane and yellow eyes(all pure).
and i have a water male with white coat, 0,99,0(green) mane and indigo pure eyes.

also, anyone got a male with indigo pure mane and gray coat/eyes?(pegasus or celestial)
so i could try this with indigo moon all well(she is all indigo with indigo pure mane)

Thank you both! Yes I felt I needed a new project since mistys and pures are fairly easy to breed with a little patience. It actually took me several months for this foal but I don't mind. I mosty get ITs I think but they are from my own ponies ;P

Darkjewel - I'm pretty sure I have matching males for your mare. Feel free to look around :)

They forgot to name the set, it should be called "catwitch". It's not exclusive. If you open the shop, chose "brown" as a category and skip to page 20 - there's the set. :)

Ahh,they're all so amazing! *-* I'm absolutely impressed. You've inspired me, Giz, and I've decided to try my luck in breeding these wonderful cuties :) However, I haven't had any luck even in breeding double misties so far... Please,keep your fingers crossed for me and my ponies, I really need it! LOL :P

I will dodec! I like the challenge of them being so hard to get. It has been months between my double mistys and pure/misty foals with 50 foals every 5 days :)

I never bred a double misty either, but have been trying for a pure/misty. no luck so far. so you breed 50 ponies at one time and only gather them one time a week. maybe i should try that. might get more traits that way to. well congrats on your pure/misty giz. and ill send luck your way to dodec

Kim - No, I spread them out to approx. 10 foals a day. My laptop is slow so collecting and kick out take a loooong time :)
