I have tried several times to purchase feez today with both paypal and my credit card but I get a message that an error occured. When I try to contact the support team it says the page can't load. Is anyone else having this issue?

I already cleared my cookies and I'm allowing third party cookies. I never had this problem on v1 where I bought feez several times a month. Also I tried this from 3 different computers (my own, one on my first job, and third on my second job) but still no luck. What do I do? Catitiz_PDT_24

That would be the site reloading over & over & over again to make that error.

Try clearing your Cache & checking for malware to see it that will help. If it doesn't let me know.

I managed to submit a ticket selecting French language instead of English but it's been 3 days and still no reply, plus the link they sent to check my status says the same as the one in my screen cap above. I'm very skeptical to a game where you can't contact the admins in any way. What if the money had been drawn from my paypal account but not receiving feez? How would I go about it then? I spoke to other players who had this happened to them and I think feerik should be ashamed of themselves for not fixing this bug before they do anything else on this game.

Gizmo then paypal is used. Players have I believe 30 or 60 days to dispute a purchase to get refunded via paypal. I am not sure what is up & have been trying to catch Mommy for you, but my & her timing are not working well this past week. I haven't even been able to catch Nyght.

It's being discussed, and we're all trying to get to the bottom of it. Please be patient. There is obviously some sort of bug with it, and it's not jumping out to say "here I am" so we have to work through it. I agree, it's hard when you have to go back and forth between languages, but the game is French, the majority of the employees are French, so it is what it is.

kaulitztwin check with the credit card company I had a similar problem on version one and because it went to pay in France they refused to pay it thinking it might be fraud. After I spoke with the crdit card company it worked fine.

Thanks for the info winforgold. At the moment I watch videos and download games I don't want to make a few feez. I used to buy from almost every set but now I try to save up for the exclusive sets which won't be back but it's hard when every other one is exclusive these days. I hope feerik figures it out. They are losing money so hopefully that makes it important to them.
